the staff was very cute from arrival onward. the hotel offered a social hour downstairs with a nice atmosphere. food in the baba restaurant was lovely and the staff were super friendly.
i found that the upgraded room was fairly basic for a five-star hotel. there was also hardly any hanging or drawer space for clothes. this.

The staff members were polite and helpful. The bed felt amazing, and it contributed to restful sleep. The shower offered great water pressure, and the included bodywash and lotion smelled divine.
The pool area was sometimes busy though I still found time to enjoy it.
